There are 413 condos on Siesta Key that are currently available. 43 condos, townhouses or villas are under contract and the sales for the last six months total 114 units. Dr. Beach recently added to Siesta Key’s allure when he bumped Siesta Key Beach up a notch to #2 on his 10 Best Beaches in America list in May.
