New Siesta Key Fractional Ownership Resort by Hyatt

Hyatt has started development on a new $100 million fractional ownership resort on Siesta Key. The old Sea Castle resort was demolished to make way for the new property. Construction has begun and should be finished by April of 2009.

In my opinion, this development will fill a much need niche in the Siesta Key condo market. The project will include 44 units. Each unit will have 8 to 12 owners.
